“The Growing Value of Supply Market Intelligence and Its Role in Holistic Competitive Intelligence” Published in International Market and Competitive Intelligence (IMCI)

I am very honored that my article has been published jn the November/December 2021 edition of International Market and Competitive Intelligence (IMCI), edited by Rom Gayoso. My article, “The Growing Value of Supply Market Intelligence and Its Role in Holistic Competitive Intelligence,” discusses the importance of Supply Market Intelligence (SMI) – how it can be used to identify and assess risks, and the relationship between Competitive Intelligence and Supply Management. There is also a list of some of the tools/resources used to gather SMI.

It appears along side these amazing futurists, thought leaders and information professionals from Singapore, India, Italy, France, the United Kingdom, Brazil, and the United States:
Alexandra Cristea discusses how military intelligence overlaps and can add value to MI/CI.
Futurist Sylvia Gallusser from Silicon Humanism discusses how ethics and futures are combined, and points out some career paths for those interested in this business.
Zhen Goh talks about sense-making and she introduces Speculative Fabulation.
Paul Thomas shares his perspectives and a book review on Koonin’s latest book.
Daniela Ramos Teixeira REVIE Intelligence shows a case study and advocates strategy functions can continuously evolve with intelligence.
Arthur Weiss reminds us it is important to carefully monitor those who watch us, so that your company, its assets, employees, and goals can be adequately protected.
