Container xChange Launches New Availability Index to Forecast Supply and Demand of Containers

Container xChange has launched the Container Availability Index (CAx) to forecast supply and demand of container equipment. The CAx measures the availability of containers in 2500 global port locations to help in making trading and repositioning decisions based on real industry data tracked by xChange. Weekly forecasts can be sent directly via  inbox. With CAx one can check the past, current and future availability of containers per location, compare the availability for the previous and current year per location, and compare the availability between two port pairs.
