The Trend to Move Manufacturing to Cambodia

Strategic Sourceror just published a post discussing how companies are beginning to move factories away from China and are favoring other Asian countries, such as Cambodia, for their offshore operations. According to The New York Times, “businesses are seeking to lesson their dependence on Chinese manufacturing.” Companies will not pull out of China entirely, but are looking to supplement their existing operations and do not want to rely “too heavily on one country for all manufacturing needs.”
